Really? I guess i'll see him when the jets play the chiefs. Kinda would have liked to seen favre go to the bucs but whatever. I dont think this will last long, favre lasts a season or two and then retires. Also he prolly wont play as good as he did last year for the packers.

I think if Farve doesn't retire it's a good move for the Jets. It gives Kellen Klemens a year of tutelage under Bret. Chad Pennington's expiration date was approaching very soon. The big losers in this whole fiasco are clearly the Packers. You let your greatest star ever be traded at the end of his career. You put your hopes in Aaron Rogers who in my opinion is mediocre at best. Next year Rogers will need a contract extension, and after this season of seeing how bad he is the Pack will be at square one again.
O well Go Steelers!!

I still think minnesota would of been a better fit but the Jets are the next best thing. There offensive line is gonna be insane and they have some good recievers to work with.
Still not sure why they let go of Vilma though

It is gonna be very strange seeing Favre in a different uniform. Iam glad this thing is all but over, and we can stop hearing Favre every 5 minutes on ESPN.

Talk about going to a place to die. This doesn't do anything for the Jets. Bad bad, I would have loved to have seen a season or two of Favre and Peterson.

I don't know Rogers looked good vs the Cowboys last year he must look good in camp if they don't want to let Favre play in the end Seve Young waited like 8 years behind Montana

Being a HUGE USC fan, I can say Aaron Rodgers isn't that great. Having watched him play several times live, I question his decision making and his leadership. He's a bunk choice for starter. Favre bled for the Pack. They should have kept him no matter what. He returned them to glory. Rodgers will fail. Mark my words. I'll take any sort of bet on this. Worst move in the history of NFL trading Favre for an effin draft pick.
