Would it be ridiculous for dana to introduce some sort of incentive for the fighters. On TUF they came up with the win bonus for a stoppage. If the fighters were given their rate (whatever that may be) with the stipulation that if they stop it they get a bonus. Maybe even depending on the round (bigger bonus the earlier its stopped) I know i hear in interviews fighters going for an exciting fight in hopes for FOTN or KOTN bonuses, why couldnt dana introduce a more attainable goal for everyone on the card.
I know most people will say that the main issue is their base pay, and that the jump in pay from headliner to someone on the prelims is too great, but with this at least everyone on the card has a chance to make a little extra cash (if they put on a show).

This could work. My only concern is that if you have two guys who go out and fight, and it does go to a decision, while putting on a great show and this happens in another fight, usually there is one FOTN bonus. Another fighter goes in and wins via KO in the first 3 rounds, he gets a bonus, but 2 out of the other 4 don't. The UFC pays their fighters a certain amount for a reason. They will never be able to make everyone happy.

maybe im reading you wrong, but i still think there should be the FOTN, SOTN, etc, but have the win bonus as well. So if someone gets ktfo in the first, the winner could potentially get a bonus for the stoppage, was well as FOTN or KOTN.
also (just though of this) personally i dont like giving KOTN to TKO's unless its really decisive, and sometimes there arn't SOTN, so i think the money they dont give out on those (25gs for a fight night, 50-70 for a ppv) they could bump up the stoppages bonuses.

It seem like a good idea but it doesn't fix the current problem in the UFC, it mostly the winner who is making good money and there is nothing left for the loser...

i dont get what you mean? they have set rates, usually an amount to show, and an amount to win. People who win should get payed more.

I mean your solution is a good for a fighter to increase his salary, but it doesn't raise the base salary for a card opener who end up losing will only make around 4 000$ which is not enough...
I think the UFC should do both increase the base salary and give more winning,FOTN or any other bonus. Salary between fighter should be almost equal and the winning bonus should make the difference. I think it would be more fair that way.
