Adopt-> Knee's on the ground

Drop-> 10 point scoring system

They need to adopt a rule to prevent stalling; similar to the yellow card in PRIDE.

They need to drop the knees to a downed opponent rule.

I'm not sure that the rules need to change. The rules in place protect the fighters and let them go wild at the same time. and not just the UFC but MMA as a whole needs to work out a definitave way to score bouts.
