WEC.tv put up some new videos on their website. One has Carlos Condit tapping out and even KO'ing a couple soldiers, and another shows Jamie Varner's strength and conditioning training regimen.

That dude called down the thunder and got KTFO'd. I was dying laughing.
Reminds me of when I was in Iraq- Randy Couture and Rich Franklin came out to visit us. They were pretty cool, but nobody was stupid enough to jump in a ring and throw with em.

For being as young as he is he's got a phenomenally developed skillset and a good amount of experience. I think it's only a matter of time until we see him taking guys on in the UFC again.
Hell, InsideMMA has him ranked top 15 LW's already

LOL dude I would have lost it with the cheerleaders there. What's her face.. the old UFC chick.. Rachel somethingorother I think (drawing blanks right now).. she was with Couture and Franklin and I about went ape shit nuts for some chicks after seeing her. She walked into the big chow hall on FOB Sykes and every head in that mother ****** turned. Dudes were standing up looking over the walls and everything. I was stationed out in the city (Tal Afar) but it just so happened our company got ordered to go to Ramadi when these guys all came through (we were packing shit in conexes to make the trip to Ramadi) We were pissed about having to go to Ramadi and this all helped our morale a ton.
Was it the AZ cardinals? Our team sucks but we've got some fine ass cheerleaders.
