should be a good fight as long as vera is more accustomed to the weight cut. if that's the case than i see vera pulling off a tko

Is it just me or is Vera one of the most over hyped fighter in awhile. It could be just me but he hasn't looked impressive at all in his last fights. I know he was injured in his Big Tim fight but still.
I just can't get behind his band wagon.I think Jardine will be extremely focused after his loss to Wandy in such a devastating fashion and will be out for blood. Vera has the reach but I don't see Vera winning this fight by anything but a UD.
Ill pick Jardine in this one but mainly because Vera has rubbed me the wrong way in his last fights and seemed to have gotton worse since he fought Mir.

Vera by TKO, even if he loses the fight in the beginnng.
Unfortunately, I'd rather see Jardine win, so I can hope for him to win while expecting Vera to win.

I always make my picks with my initial, gut feeling when I go to actually pick it. I have Vera in a decision. I think, yes, Jardine will be extremely focused, which leads me to believe it will be a very technical, well fought fight by both men. My wildcard would be a Vera KO. I think Brandon is as long, and aggressive as Keith will want to be, and Bonnar gave him trouble; granted he kind of got robbed, and it was early, early in his UFC career... so it will be more than what Jardine is ready for.

I would take Jardine by decision. I can see a lot of circling and jabbing with kicks and punches being thrown but neither committing and respecting the other's power at the beginning. As the fight progresses I see Jardine's hands start making the difference and roughing Vera up. I am not really that impressed with Vera yet and I don't see him outworking Jardine. Gameplan will definitely factor in big for Jardine because he will stick to it.

Jardine will win if he keeps out of veras deadly clinch, but I see jardine getting a 2nd round KO. But could easily be veras fight, wonder how the odds will play out on this fight i have it pretty even

I think Jardine wins. Vera hasn't shown the explosiveness, or killer instinct as of late. If he wins I think we need to see the best Vera we have seen. He has the potential to be very good at this weight, but has not shown it.

Vera by KO Round 2. Jardine is going to press and Vera will pick him apart with counter-punches and kicks. Once they get into a clinch, he'll land some knees and elbows and will hurt Jardine. Once Round 2 starts, Vera will press with his jabs and leg kicks and will ultimately get him to the ground and gnp him out.

I think both of these fighters are a little over-hyped to be honest. Good fighters still but I think a little over-hyped.

Well, Vera and Jardine looked a bit shaky in their last bouts. I'm gonna hope for Jardine with a tko, as long as he can manage not to get KO'd in the 1st round.
