While we are on this subject, has anyone bought any MMA memorabilia? I am interested in buying some signed gloves. Any experiences on that?

No, I'm not into that. But I do know that buying other types of autographs can be a slippery slope. The bottom line is to shop around and (before hand) decide what it is worth to you because in a lot of cases an autograph price is really determined by what it is worth to the buyer and not the "general market value"

i work for steiner sports which is the biggest memrobillia company in the world. you may find great deals on ebay but id say about 85 percent of the things are fake. when looking to buy memrobillia the most important thing is the COA (certificate of authenticity). Just because the item may have one doesnt mean its a repuatble one. good authenticaters are: JSA (james sepnce authenticaters) PSA/DNA Mounted Memories BC collecitbles Steiner Sports Tris star productions Most of these companies will give you either a paper cert or a hologram with a serial number. Steiner DOES NOT give a serial numer. they give you a cert card. be very carefull with the holograms though. before you purchase anything be sure to get the serial number and look up the serial number on the company website. it is not that hard or unheard of that people take the holograms and stick them on another item. like i said be VERY carefull while on ebay. although it may be hard to find MMA memrobillia with the COAs from companies i have listed its worth the effort to know you have something authentic and you didnt get ripped off. as far as i know steiner has some but very limited mma memrobillia. JSA and PSA/DNA do not sell things they only authenticate. but BC collectibles tristar and Mounted Memmories sell things as well as stenier and have very good reputations within the memrobillia community.
