I've been working out for quite a while and this just started happening to me so I dont know what that can be caused by. Has anyone ever had this happen to them, while working out all of a sudden breath is just not enough and i have to try really hard to get a full complete breath of air? i've lost quite a few pounds lately (about 10 in 2 or 3 weeks), could that be the cause?

could this be caused by a work out routine or a diet? am i simply developing asthma early and should just face the reality?

thanks for any info if anyone can advice.

Sport induced asthma. I get the same thing. During intense JJ ill take a few puffs of an inhaler and it helps... doesnt cure but helps. Afterward, if I breath heavy ill get a weird tickle and ill cough. You should be good to go man.

See a doctor. As informative as it can be, a forum isnt really where you should go for this sort of help/advice i dont think.

Good luck though!
