Alright I just got back from watchin the Dark Knight which is absolutely amazing, defienitly one of the best movies of all time. And Heath Ledger was amazing as the joker, the best joker IMO however my bro doesn't think so, he says Jack Nickelson was the best. So who do you think was the best Joker.

Are you serious? Tell your brother this arguement is isn't even worth it. Ledger was x10 better than Nickleson and The Dark Knight was 100x better than that movie

Yeah, you can't even compare The Dark Knight to any other batman movie. It's one of the bets movies ever, period. And Heath Ledger was a big part of why it was so damn good.

I agree best batman movie ever and probably will stay that way. I hope they don't try to re-cast the joker. That role should never be filmed again, Ledger was so good it was scary.

Heath Ledger without question. The only problem is that Christopher Nolans adaptaion of Batman is now ruined. If they ever wanted to reintroduce The Joker into the series again they would be screwed. No one ever can handle thr role the way Heath Ledger did. He was awesome.

The way that Jack Nicholson played Joker was very good but I think they tried to show him too much like a clown. Tim Burton tried to make the joker character like the Ceasar A. Romero joker from the 1960's TV series.
Heath Ledgers joker was a darker more real type of character. Heath Ledger dives himself so much into the character that he basically makes him real. Heath did a superb job playing the joker. Thats why I believe Heath's Joker is and will always be the best Joker.
And I also think that Christopher Nolan's vision of Gotham City and the world surrounding Batman blows Tim Burton's vision out of the water.
(Notice I did not talk about the other two movies made about Batman...... Those movies are dead to me)
