Black House has the best fighters right now, without a doubt.
I think one thing about your post is off. Lyoto doesn't walk around at 230. He's known for not cutting weight, and if I recall correctly he walked into the fight with David Heath at 199.
It does suck when fighters refuse to fight each other because they're from the same camp. Black House isn't the only one though. Sometimes it might be for the best though. When you have two training partners fight each other sometimes it can become the most boring fights because they both know each others moves and tendencies it becomes a stalemate.
Xtreme Couture and team quest are better camps than Black house IMO. Chael Sonnen will show that in the rematch with Filho.

Yeah, as long as he doesn't scream like a girl in a B rate horror flick, they won't have any reason to think he's quitting either
