When are they going to give Brock a real picture.... I am soooo tired of the dead lifted shark... come on credibility here would be nice-
I hope he clobbers heath- I hope he stands and bangs- heaths BJJ is not near Mirs but better than Brocks-
if heath gets in trouble he has no chance of taking brock down. If i were brock id be trainning stand up and trainning to avoid the head kicks...

Brock is gonna murder Heath!!! Brock should gain some credibility by winning not by getting a different picture. And also, I hope they keep the picture of Brock lifting the shark cuz it's the best picture on the whole site. If i were a fighter I would totally want that picture; That picture is hilarious and awesome at the same time!

Heath is a vet with ever improving striking under Rob Kaman...Brock shoulden't stand and bang, he should pull a JOB.

I had Heath at first but now I am leaning toward Brock. I think he can take Heath down and I also think Brock is hard to KO. Hasn;t been tested yet but thats why we have these fights

are you kidding me? heath couldn't finish kongo on the ground.
im pretty sure if you've ever watched a grappling match you could of finished cheick kongo.
lesnar is gonna circle about half a step, shoot in, put herring in side control and punch him in the face.

Lesnar would have to be an idiot to stand and trade with Herring...

I agree, he should just do what he does best, use his size to flatten him like a pancake.

I think people are underestimating Heath Herring. He has stood with Nog three times and although he lost he still hung in there. It is easy to say too bad he lost, but the same people are giving Brock all of the credit in the world for a loss! Herring stood with Fedor and although he lost he lasted 10 minutes with the #1 heavyweight on the planet. Before everyone writes off Heath and says Brock will murder him, check the records. I am not saying experience is everything but it does count. Brock could be phenomenal someday but this sport takes a long time to get good at.

it's amazing how many people are saying lesnar will destroy heath. give me a break. how many times have you seen brock fight? once? and only for 30 seconds? and now all the sudden he's going to destroy heath herring? yeah great logic there.
brock will lose.

yeah no $hit. These are the people who think Forrest actually won the fight vs Rampage. Cause we all know it was a draw at best.
Lesnar looked like a chump monkey vs Mir. Whats next Jorge Gurgel is going to be champ in 2009?
These people probally think so.

The only reason I'm giving Brock more than a punchers chance in this one is Kongo/Herring
Plain and simple: If Kongo can take Herring down, Brock can with ease.
And those Hammerfists he threw were absolutly amazing. I think they will make the diffrence in this match. I see them being the winning factor either by causing a KO/TKO or being the points winner.
But than again, i am one of those crazy ppl you refer to who scored Rampage/Griffin 48-47 Griffin. So what do i know lol?

I say Broc can win this but I'm not jumping on his band wagon just yet.A lot of the hype surronding him has a "eerie" familar feeling to the hype that was following Bob Sapp just a few years ago.
Heath has a lot of things in his favor imo.
1.Experince. The guy has fought Nog 3x's,Fedor,Crocop,Vitor Belfort,Evan Tanner,Igor Vovchanzyn,Mark kerr. That's a lot of experince coming into this fight.
2. Grappling. Okay okay. Most people think Jake O brian and Check kongo and have a consenceses Herrings ground game sucks. Not true. We are talking about a guy who took out a still very dangerous Mark Kerr KTFO of him once the fight was stood back up.If Heath can tie up Broc from the bottom,we could see the same thing.
3.Most people forget how fast Heath can turn a fight in his favor.I think a lot of people have just seen his lost to Fedor on paper, and just consider it another notch under the Russians belt.Very few people seem to remember Heath reversed posisitons and at the end of the first round and was reigning down "UNASWERED" knees to Fedors skull. The fight was ended because Heath looked like a pop corn kernal, but still the point was made.Heath can suprise anyone and turn the odds in his favor at any moment in a fight.
1.He did it with Mark Kerr 2.He did it with Nog in the third fight, nearly KTFO of Nog as well. 3.He even suprised Fedor and was in control at the end of the round, despite losing the fight.
Broc has a lot of raw power, and is a very accomplished wrestler, but I hope he comes in fairly well rounded for this bout. His hammer fist seem powerful. But Heath can take a considerable amount of damage on a good day,and i'm willing to bet with as wild as Broc seems to throw those hammerfist,a broken wrist might put a damper on his strategy for this bout.Broc better come in 120% for this fight, because if Heath is even at 70% for this bout he will have his hands full.
