i smell many academy award nominations. hans zimmer's soundtrack to this movie was just plain sick.
Hans is amazing, period. I didn't know he was doing music for this film. Yet another reason to watch it.

This film is utterly amazing!!!! Everything was spot on. Chris Nolan is easily becoming one of my favorite directors. The guy is a great story teller. From Memento to The Prestige to now Dark Knight..... The guy is a complete genius when it comes to storytelling in movies.
Heath Ledger as the Joker is one of the greatest villians I have seen on film ever. Heath portrayed him perfectly. I seriously think they should nominate him for an oscar for best supporting actor.
Two things bothered me only........ Maggie Gyllanhal as Rachel was horrible. She did way better than Katie Holmes but still she was horrible and I didnt like the bat suit..... it looked to bulky to me and Christian Bale looked uncomfortable in it.
Other than that the movie was fantastic!!!!!

Great movie. Ledger's Joker is easily one of the Top 10 best film villains of all time. It's an interesting examination of good and evil in a context that's a good allegory for contemporary issues.

This was one of the best movies EVER, let alone this year! To anyone who hasn't seen it, SEE IT!
To whoever said the other Batman movies ruined it for you: It is NOT like the other Batman movies - it's sooo much better than any of them. It makes Ironman look bad. You'll be doing yourself an injustice by not seeing this movie because of that.
EDIT: It is THE top-rated movie on IMDB.

maad good movie. def the best of the summer so far. didn't like how cop cars could take an rpg blast but bat mobile couldn't.

This movie was so freaking good!!! I know Heath was getting alot of good press so I went in thinking theres no way his Joker would live up to the hype. But I left that movie in total shock of how good he actually did. That movie was good and Heaths Joker made it great.
