This show is as cool as the other side of the pillow. They even use Billy Squier in their promo for the new season. See? Cool.
That's Jeffrey Donovon, who plays a spy who's been "burned", and Gabrielle Anwar, who plays his ex-IRA ex-girlfriend. They're cool. And hot. Hot and cool.
It also has Bruce Campbell in it. and what could be cooler than that?
Well, it could have Bruce Campbell and Tricia Helfer. That'd be really cool.
Season 2 starts on Thursday.

I loved the show last year. I'm counting the days.. I really can't wait.. I remember Donovan from Blair Witch 2, and was so shocked to realize, the dude can actually act. Throw in Gabrielle Anwar, and Bruce Campbell and you've got a Action Dramedy, that's really good. Definitely the best show on during the summer.
I own the first season, and as soon as I bought the first season, I watched all the episodes.. Then again this past thursday I watched him once again. Burn Notice is so amazing I want to like cream myself at the thought.. If not the thought of Burn Notice, then the thought of Tricia Helfer being on Burn Notice this year.

I just got into this show durring the re-run of season one. I really like getting into to shows just as they re run the whole season so you don't have to wait and wait and wait for the new season to start.

During the summer months I just go on Surf The Channel and catch up on new shows that I had to miss, or old shows that I never got around to watching, but want to catch up on. I didn't ever get around to watching Buffy when it was originally on, but I watched the whole first season just last year (I quit watching it again, because wasn't that interested to begin with), and that was what like ten years since it ended?

I never watched this show until about a month ago when they had a marathon for this show. Watched one episode and was hooked. It's a really really good show, I will most certainly be watching the second season now.

Well the first episode was good. Not great, but good.
I guess I was expecting some kind of Big Reveal after the dude with the beard got sniped on the parking garage. The guy at the "security" company was kind of a lame bad guy. I never bought that he was really a threat, and it felt weird that the computer guy had to leave the country at the end. And Fiona's sudden realization about Michael felt a little... er... sudden. Her abs might have made the episode worth watching all by themselves, though.
All in all, I didn't feel like it was kicking off a new season, it just seemed like another "filler" episode that could have been in season 1. Hopefully they'll add a little hot sauce to the pot in the next few episodes.
A "B" grade, overall.
