I really couldnt give you any real diet tips but Ill tell you what heathy food I eat a lot that tastes good. Cottage cheese. I freaking love that stuff. Also my dad has a blue berry garden so thats nice with all the fruit prices going up to have it.
Can never go wrong either with Peanutbutter and Jelly sandwich, just ask Matt Hamil
