Im trying to get my takedown defense better for a grappling tournament coming up. Anyone have any drills or anything i can do with a partner for some good sprawl / takedown defense drills. Greatly appreciated.

What are you doing currently? Are you working with one partner or in a class with multiple people? If it's just one guy, how is his wrestling?

Remember that defensive wrestling involves more than defending double leg shots. Are you doing any pummeling/hand fighting drills?

When im not in class, i usually just practice at my house (some cheap mats), when i practice at my house i dont wreslt eor anything because everyone im with doesnt do anything. I just practice technique and stuff like that. But if it will help i could get someone to do drills with me. I do alot of pummeling, and yes i do have a stability ball and then Shamrock exercises are great .
