DreamFighters.com has learned that Mark Hunt has been officially added to the DREAM.5 card. Mark Hunt was suppose to face Sergei Kharitonov at DREAM.5, but Mark Hunt informed DREAM that it was too little of time to train for such a ranked fighter like Sergei.

I love Mark Hunt, I'll watch him fight anyone. Can't wait to see his return.

Its more the promotions fault (DREAM), because they keep wanting to give him someone in short notice, and to fight a world class fighter you better have had a full training camp to fight at that level, if they notified his opponents with enough time, im sure there wouldnt be any shortage of fights for him.

anyways, love to see Mark Hunt is back into the mix of things, a fight with Overeem in the future would great, maybe even another fight with Cro Cop......

man, if diaz-sakurai was still on, this card could compete for the best card of the year so far.

Well I won't fight a tough competitor because it's such short notice, but pay me to fight a can and I'll squash em'. I like Hunt but I respect guys that fight anyone at any time. I'm not really interested in watching top guys fighting warm-up fighters.

I respect anyone who will fight anyone at anytime as well. If you were a physics major and the professor said you can take a basic math test, or a test in quantum physics tomorrow with no time to study, what would you do? I understand why guys don't want to fight top level fighters on a very short notice. Plus it would be interesting if Hunt lost anyway to a guy who is a warm up fight for him. Maybe that guy would take a fight against Sergei.

Ahh damn. Sergei is just to tough of an opponent for everyone in Dream right now, since they're all coming off tough losses or long lay offs. It's ok though should be great fights at Dream 7 with perhaps Hunt vs Sergei, and Cro Cop vs Overeem.
