I found a great plan to use at home. It's a tad expensive but god damn its worth it.

I do a military stlye workout at the gym, but a program called P90x is some good shit. Anyone who thinks they can handle it go ahead and try it.

I usually move up or down in weight from 40 ouncers to a deuce deuce, thats a 22 if you can't understand the ebonics, then over to a 12 oz curl. I am fn' huge from this workout program. I am trying to lay off of the cigs for the time being I am trying to get into my speedo for the beach season.
