Well, I have slipped a lot due to being really busy. I weighed myself yesterday and am 161lbs. Some of that was probably water loss, but I am now at a weight where I like. I also tested myself with some old exercises I haven't done in years and I think I have a lot more strength and power than I did ten years ago, which is good.
Other than that, I have not been really keeping up. Sorry, but babies are a lot of work.

I got 3 kids so I know the feeling.. but keep pushing I got a program I am doing it takes about 10 minutes a day.. no actual weights involved.. I can send it or post it here if enough people are interested.

you know thats what I thought... but it works.. now that does not count the cardio portion... which is normal about an hour..

hi guys.
Yeah Don, Rush... I'm still doing my workouts.
one thing i realized is that I certainly need to eat more calories because I am not just losing weight i'm alos losing muscle weight as well with my current lifestyle.
So yeah if anyone is still doing the challenge, guys dont lose sight of your calorie intake. otherwise you may end up being 6'2 and 178 pounds and going down.

some good advice thanks... diet is very important when working out... something that might help everyone is to state why you are wanting to get into shaoe...
For me I am hoping to compete in my first MMA match with in the next 6 months soon as an event comes to nashville.. I am hoping to compete at HW and not at a small SHW... I am walking around at about 275 at the moment... plus I want to be in shape for my kids so I can do things with them as they get older...

Well, I'm not getting into shape, I am just trying to maintain my (high) level of athleticism. Between writing my thesis and the new baby, it's been tough to work out more than 3 times a week (I would prefer 5-7 times).
