Brett Rogers has asked and now he shall receive. The undefeated EliteXC heavyweight prospect hailing from Minnesota called out Kimbo Slice after the EliteXC/CBS show in which both men fought.
Rogers asserted during the post fight press conference that Kimbo had lost his fight to James Thompson due to tap out and that the popular Bas Rutten protege was garbage. A melee ensued and the two men had to be separated by security. Days later Rogers' camp issued an open letter stating their case for a match up with the much hyped internet sensation and now their wish has been granted.

same
not that i want kimbo to fail, but i want all the casual fans that think he is a top Heavyweight to realize that he is not, same deal went for Lesnar....now after everyone realizes they can loose, than i hope they learn, and become successful...

finally kimbo's fighting a guy whos arguably better than him on the feet, i think it would be a better test to give him an all around fighter like bigfoot but i think rogers will be able to pick kimbo apart and get the KO late in the 1st or early 2nd

Rogers by KO in the first. I didnt like Rogers antics at the post fight conference but it got him what he wanted. I heard it was Rogers' Douchebag trainer Mike Riley that put him up to all that, and that sounds like something Riley would do. Im glad the matchup is taking place so the casual fan can see that Kimbo is not a top MMA heavyweight.

This isn't that big of news. We knew this was going to happen. I think Kimbo wins this though. This fight is right up his alley. I know Rogers hits hard but so does Kimbo.

Kimbos gonna have his hands full- looks like a good fight and a good matchup- neither is a real grounder... Wait- What if Kimbo takes him down and arm bars him....... holy shnitz that would shake things up....

This should be a good fight. Kimbo definatly needs to work on his cardio for this one. If he wades into Rogers with his hands down and mouth open early in the 2nd he will go nighty night for sure. The first minute of this fight is going to be out of control i think, kinda like Frye vs Takayama
