Anyway, this is a risky move, what if the person grabs your other leg as your doing the flip, then what happens? You land on your head haha. I've seen stuff like this a few times on youtube, but I've never seen someone shoot in right away afterwards.

I've seen this many times. It is rather common.

First time I saw it, and knew of it, was Carey Kolat wrestling my friend at the Bedford Tournament. Somehow Addie was able to come up with a single leg and BAM! Kolat does a backflip into a takedown. Very impressive then, but not so much now. Though I give props for the full backflip, some will sort of flip to the side rather than straight back and over their heads.
