I don't get why Cornish is such a weirdo.

Ben were you even around when Cornish was ?

Nope, but from reading his comments on the man forum he seems like a bit of a loser.

People that argue over the internet and talk sh*t are losers.

Personally I think they should cut the guy some slack. UFC allows fighter that have been in jail, fighters that have tested positive for drugs and steroids.
so what! the guy got drunk and knocked out a window, and harrassed some girls

I think what made Dana Pissed was when he told people
" Do you know who I am???....I'm a UFC fighter!!! "

He's not even under contract yet and he's running around yapp'n from his big mouth. If you ask me he deserves to be let go. Classless jerkoffs like tarnish the image of Mixed Martial Arts. That kidd needs to grow up !

I see where you comin from but I kinda think its dumb that he cant fight in ufc. He acted like an idiot infront of people in vegas. so the people in vegas who saw knew about it. But if dana thought it was so horrible why would he not keep it a secret? He decides to let the whole world see the video and hear about what happened? its bad enough that the people at the hotel saw it, but Dana showed the whole world. Isnt that worse for the sport then? and why did they single him out? you have guys that get drunk at the house and act like a wanna be thug (NATE DIAZ) and rip their shirts off and cuss the other fighter out and try to start a fight, isnt that bad for the mma image to? WOW jesse got drunk and hit on some girls and stuff and busted out a window. you have guys on the show every season doin stuff that probably isnt a good image to give the fighters. Guys get drunk and run through walls, Throw stuff at each other, Piss on peoples pillows, i mean that stuff isnt horrible but it makes the fighters look like drunken idiots. Jesse made a mistake, and he appologized it. anyone can do somethin stupid and piss people off, but it takes a real man to appologize, especially in front of millions of people. He's a talented fighter, with some real posibility. the guy deserves another chance.

Because drama makes ratings, and when your show is an outlet to the public for your entire company, keeping that show prospering is the #1 objective.

Its not, becuase the situation was corrected. When dealing with credibility it has to be seen for it to be noticed. They singled him out because they needed to make an example out of him, & because they did make an example out of him the credibility of the sport prospers.

The only part that is bad about that is the trying to start a fight bit, and no one that has done that stayed with the show.

As far as ripping off your shirt, getting drunk, and "acting like a wannabe thug"... No, not really.

It takes a real man to act in a responsible manner when you have a drink, and not run around busting stuff up, dishing out verbal abuse and generally acting like a big shot thug,

I guess the guy's only 25, but when there's that much at stake for his future, he must be either really stupid, or incredibly immature to do what he did given the potential ramifications.

I agree 100%,as soon as he affiliated himself with the UFC, Dana's hair, um..blood probably boiled. He doesn't want people associating themselves with the UFC negatively in the media. As far as what he did,I think everyone has been in that boat before.Unfortanetly, his actions were caught on camera and well documented.Hopefully it all works itself out eventuallly.

Dana is the epitome of irony in this regard of course----on the one hand he wants fighters to act like boy scouts out of the ring for PR purposes and animals in it for...well..pr purposes. But then the man talks like an arrogant 'SC frat boy in interviews. Personally, I could care less, but if you are going to hold people to a "high standard" perhaps the "HEAD" of the organization should act that way too.

Agreed, but Dana is no role model himself. The guy has a 8 word vocabulary, and F*ck is in there 3 times.
