Did getting the boot from the finale, after the show had completed , fit the crime of limo damage and "terrorizing" women at the hotel?

...and for the record, I'm suspicious of Dana's use of the word "terrorizing" the women at the hotel bar. Sounds like embelishment.

Absolutely. Would you not get fired from any other job if you were caught doing that? Why should a fighter be an exception?

I think he would be fine had he not been saying "Do you know who I am? I'm a UFC fighter!" That was the nail in his coffin.

There is an earlier post with a link to a post-show interview with JT that you should watch. JT said that he did kick out the limo window, he punched a slot machine, he did harass some women in the casino and had a confrontation with the hotel security. Yes, he should have been booted from the show. However, I bet that we'll see him again in the UFC.

Alcohol is not good for JT. I agree a 100% with Dana. Forest knew it, Rampage knew it, even JT knew it cause he didn't argue. He F'd up. I hope he works it out with Dana but I could see him fighting Robbie Lawler in a year or two. I don't think another org would care as much for his conduct or personal well being. So for his sake I hope he keeps in close contact with Dana and sorts it out.
JT don't join the Circus!!!

With the exception of Leben (that I can remember), most of the guys that have screwed up on the show (i.e. broke cardinal rules, foughtn in the house, etc) and have been kicked off for it, have not been back in the UFC since.

This is by far the harshest punishment I've seen/heard of on TUF so far. Given that, I don't expect to see this guy in the UFC any more.

I think the punishment was fair.
Like another poster said, if I were to be caught on camera being a drunken fool and intentionally damaging property and I was wearing apparel from the company I worked for or verbally telling everyone that, I would be fired in a second.
Dana is his employer, and when you start rationalizing your actions by using your employer's name, you are representing your employer.

That all being said, I think he will be back.
Other guys have been given second chances.
It will just be a longer road for him. Didn't Dana even tell him to give a call in a couple of months?

Dana kept him in the roster for sure but basically gave him a suspension and if he does any other drunken shit he'll be gone for good. Dana kept him because he's one of the few guys on the show that can go in and win a few for the company.

JT is going to wash out though, the guy doesn't evolve his game.

Amir will wash out too. He might be a freak, I'm not sure, but if he's not then he's gone to the WEC.

CB will probably not make it in a title run even with the weakened division and Anderson relinquishing his throne.
