Yeah Leites Marquardt was good. I don't think the fight was as close after the first round. I think Marqurdt gets a UD if he doesn't get the points deducted. Wiman in my opinion should have got KO of the night.

They were Totally Robbed, What more could you want out of that Fight. There was Knockdowns, Great Scrambles, Submission Attempts, and Great Ground and Pound.

I think Wiman/Taveras earned it actually. Nate should have been DQ'd for that knee because Leites clearly won the first round and was never the same after that knee landed. It was a great fight but there were too many weird variables that made it less of an option for me.
EDIT: Oh, and Alves doesn't deserve a bonus for coming in 4 lbs overweight...pretty unprofessional when this is your job. Therefore Leites/Nate should get FOTN with Wiman getting KO of the night IMO.

If 2 judges awarded Uriah Faber a 10-8 round a week ago i dont see how they didnt didnt see at least one of the rounds 10-8 for Marquadt which after the point deduction would of been 9-8 MArquardt still. Thaught he got screwed.

You guys beat me to it. Alves should donate that money to to charity or buy Hughes a new knee. I'm actualy supprised that the UFC brass even dished out the bonus to him. If they really think that his was the KO of the night, they should have announced publicly that he won the award, but that his bonus was forfeited. That would probably get the message across pretty quickly.
They should also put him on double secret probation and make him go another fight before that title shot. The only problem is, I'm not sure who would be a deserving opponent right now.

That was really weird to see. I'm guessing Wiman trained with Chuck for this fight? Really I have no clue and it was almost awkward because Check was just looking at him after round 1 without advice or water or anything. Anyways, whatever Wiman is doing is working so I hope he keeps it up. I think we're two of his only fans out there.
PS. I'm a big chuck fan too, so I may be biased about Wiman now!

Thiago should fight Kos.....it's like making him refight Matt only younger! Besides Kos vs Lytle probably won't go that well....
