I've always like Matt Hamill. Sure he was a bit annoying sometimes on TUF, but he never meant anything by it, unlike all the other wankers that have decked the halls of TUF. My favorite Matt Hamill moment was when he was helping out Danny Abadi (?) with his wrestling, just giving his time to help the kid who was obviously struggling. Not many fighters over the years of TUF would do that, a handful at best, and go out of their way to try and help out someone like that.
