The grind is over.

Today was the last day of conditioning for my upcoming middleweight fight with Michael Bisping at the O2 Arena in London, England, on June 7. It is always a weird feeling to be done with the grind — all those weeks of intense training are done and now it is time to put it to the test.

I had an awesome last week of training. There were no snags … I just put my nose to the grindstone.

Looking forward to the fight. I am picking Jason in this fight. I think Bisping is going to underestimate him.

Im in a tough spot with this fight, i mean ive never thought Bisping looked like a world beater but his striking and power looked alot better against Chainsaw, but also i would have always picked Belcher to beat Bisping but he just got handled by Day. I just dont know who to pick in this fight, im set on all the others! Any of you major bisping fans want to try and convince me he will win?
