Can anyone tell me what an upkick is and why its illegal.
An upkick is when you are on your back and you kick up in the air.
You are not allowed to kick a downed opponent in the head/face. So if the guy above you has at least 1 knee on the ground, it will be illegal to kick him in the face.
An upkick is LEGAL so long as your opponent is standing on both feet.
