the lakers were down at home by 20 points and were getting destroyed in every way possible...the lakers were lucky to come out with that win,and that was a 1 in a 1000 chance that they would come back to win....all the stars were lined up for the Lakers this time, but it wont happen twice.....I was expecting the Lakers to take game 1 anyways, but it still hurt to see us lose and embarrased by stupid mistakes made by certain players....mainly Ginobili...after the Lakers cut the score to down 16 from 20,Manu seemed almost desperate to gain the lead back to 20 instead of sticking to the effective Spurs tempo, and slow the game down and realize that they were still in no trouble, but instead they blew it by making so many forced plays.....
Coach Pop should consider playing Manu less to keep him fresh and on top of his game
Spurs in 6...

Bullettdodger's got it. Celtics Lakers for the final. Yeah aight spurs came all the way back to beat N.O. but as you saw last night they're no match for Jord... I mean Kobe and the Lakers. They take this one in 5 or 6 the go on to beat Boston in 7.

Why is everyone counting Detroit out? Boston hasnt won on the road this postseason and is a totally different team. Playing at the Palace is much different than playing down in Atlanta. I think Detroit can take Game 2 and even the series up. Sheed' and Chauncey have to play better, Detroit was unlike themselves being so sloppy with the ball in Game 1.

Shaun, im not counting Detroit out, i simply call them like i see em. Also Trapt1nw0nder don't be so bitter bro, there is elements of luck to every sport... Kobe took two shots in the first quarter and made one, he was feeling out how much he'll be able to rely on his team and his bench during the series again the Spurs, a tough team by any standards. I also think its unfair to blame the whole thing on Ginobili, Duncan messed up too a couple easy free throws he just missed which would have helped the team immensly once it got down to the last seconds, but Parker played a ridiculous game, i will say this. It will be a hard fought series and one that i hope had the Lakers coming out on top

Lakers will finish the Spurs in San Antonio Game 6 in overtime I believe as the Spurs will dominate in LA but go down swinging in 6. Boston should barely by at home and so should the pistons but the Celtics are a whole different beast game 7 at home. I'll take the Celtics in 7. Also, Brent Barry is an idiot. It would have been a foul if he threw the ball up, but he didn't. He hung on and bounced the ball again. All that foul would have done would have gave the Spurs another inbounds play anyways because it wasn't a shooting foul since Barry didn't jump or throw up the ball.
BASKETBALL IS MAKING A COMEBACK!!! For the first time it's exciting ever since Jordan left. What a way to comeback with an old rivalry continuing in the finals with the current superstars leaving their own legacy in the rivalry. SICKNESS!!!

Lakers will finish the Spurs in San Antonio Game 6 in overtime
Please don't call for OT.
I've now won a little over $300 on all 4 games in this series hitting the under, and have another $1000 coming my way when the Lakers finish the Spurs off.
OT can only ruin my under bets
