Pride33 is going to be absolute off the hook... best $30 you'll spend all year IMO

VIVA LAS VEGAS.

2 more days 'til PRIDE.33!

Yesterday, we had open training session with SAKURAI, MISAKI, and GOMI.

Unlike last time, the ring is viewable 360 degrees so people can check out from different angles.

Today, we have:
Dan Henderson and Sokoudjou from 3:00PM - 3:30PM
Wanderlei Silva and Mauricio Rua from 3:30PM - 4:00PM
at CAESAR'S PALACE at the tent by the Roman Plaza.

[update]
Tomorrow, we have WEIGH-INs and PRESS CONFERENCE starting from 4:00PM at Caesar's Palace "BALLROOM".

On Saturday, gates open from 4:00PM. If you missed the PRIDE merchadise from last time, be there early if you don't want to miss the and other yummy merchandise. And please be seated by 6:00PM, because you really really really don't want to miss the opening. I know there's going to be massive traffic, but I advise you all th PLAN AHEAD.

MMA News has posted the official fight order:

-Joachim Hansen vs. Jason Ireland [opening bout]
-Frank Trigg vs. Kazuo Misaki
-Travis Wiuff vs. James Lee
-Antonio Rogerio Nogueira vs. Sokoudjou
-Hayato Sakurai vs. Mac Danzig
-Sergei Kharitonov vs. Mike Russow
-Mauricio "Shogun" Rua vs. Alistair Overeem
-Takanori Gomi vs. Nick Diaz
-Vanderlei Silva (c) vs. Dan Henderson (PRIDE MW Title) [main event]

Does this mean we won't get to see Trigg-Misaki?

Hansen has been dropping matches lately (3 of his last 4) - Shoguns only loss was a chokeout by Babulu a long time ago (I don't count the Coleman match as a loss) - makes sense to me

Diaz and Gomi is the fight of the night. Very intriguing. Diaz is now favorite in the betting line.
