Just aired on Spike. Heres what I took from it.
1) BJ Penn either loves the taste of blood or wants ppl to think he is completly nuts. He wants to taste Sherks blood as he beats him, this guy is an animal is going to be in great shape and will beat Sherk badly. 2) Wandy is going to pound on Jardine badly he has to win and I don't think Jardine has what it takes to beat him. 3) Machida and Tito both seem very prepared for this upcomming fight. I don't know who is going to win but I do HOPE that Tito does. I would love to see him flip off Dana and than thank the Fertitta's.

Funniest part is when BJ is hitting the mits and he says "ROIDS, NANDERLONE! CALIFORNIA! " LOLOL
I think BJ just wants people to think he's nuts and I think he is nuts but he's also the man and will beat Sherk.

I like how when they were showing past videos after fights they blurred out affliction on the shirts. Leave it to Dana White.
Anyways, I think BJ is an amazing fighter but I really don't like the guy so I'm pulling for Sherk.

Kind of sad how no one is giving Jardine any love even though he has knocked out Forrest and beat Liddell. I really want Wanderlei to win this fight but if Jardine executes a good game plan (e.g., use his wrestler and jitz) he will win this fight.

i was actually extremely bored by this countdown. we got almost no footage of training time at all. it was just interviews of them over and over. i wanna see them sparring, grappling etc. I've heard all their interviews already, we've all read what they think. It's supposed to be a time to show us how you're getting ready for UFC 84.

Last nights Countdown Show made me realize that if Jardine won he'd be the only man to beat the two most popular 205 fighters in the world, Man Sherk seems pissed i hope he pulls it out that would be cool

I often forget how good Jardine is as well. Probably because when I think of him I think of him being pounded by Houston Alexander. He could easily win I just think Wanderlei wants this one too badly.
