surely Florian/Huerta is the true headline event for this card???
Uh, no.
If it was in Mexico, maybe. And yes I know that Huerta lives in Minnesota.
I'd bet that if you polled every person who orders this PPV, 9/10 would say it was more because of Lesnar/Coleman than Florian/Huerta.

does mma really need more fans that start to boo fighters as soon as there is a technical fight and not just two guys swinging for the fences?
a lot of new fans to mma ( aka ultimate fighting) should maybe just have stuck to watching shiny cars driving in circles.
i'd far sooner see florian/huerta as the main event. it's going to be a great fight standing and on the ground between two guys fighting for a contender spot.
the sad thing is lesnar will be a top contender soon, thanks to dana white getting rid of all the talent in the division.

I'm not mad about this main event either. Lesnar vs. Coleman is going to be a good fight. Plus there are plenty other very good fights on this card. I can't wait for Florian vs. Huerta. I like both of those guys.

sorry you guys might have got screwed, i was hoping they would add hendo vs franklin
but now in the fall we have some good name shows before the year is threw
hendo vs franklin
shogun vs lidell
silva vs okami or fihlo
gsp vs fitch
big nog vs mir
and hughes vs serra
and maybe winner of penn/ sherk vs huerta/florian

 ....+ Lesnar Vs Kongo (assuming he wins)....since this would be a step up in competition for lesnar, but would also be a bit of a "safe" fight for him.
