i was cruising through some of Bas ruttens fights on Youtube and i cam across a preview of this (mma) documentary, i went i checked out the website and it looks really good.

ive seen it its a really good insightful documentary. theres no story line to it its a bunch of mma fighters training and talking about training so if you train in any martial art or are a big fan i highly recomend it
