There are a few threads that you can find a variety of Moving avatars (gif)

hope that helps, you can also google search more specific GIF's, for example search Randleman GIF and im sure you will find some, granted that the size limit for the avatar in these forums are 40kb, so you have to fund one that fits, if its too big it wont work

Plus Rush has some good one up. Just do an avatar search in the forums to find some of those..
