Except for Sherk. Seriously, Sherk is going to grind this fight out until round 3 or 4, BJ will gas and then Sherk will GnP him out. Count on it.

Typical answer I've seen across the board for anyone who isn't a BJ fan. I don't like either guy personally, but I think there is NO chance BJ will gas in this fight. Even if he does he will have dominated the first three rounds. He has a lot more power than Franca and won't be taken down so easily...I think he may actually go for the KO early.

I'm definitely not a BJ hater. I've just seen him gas in later rounds when he hasn't trained to his max. Sherk is an animal and I really think that he can take BJ's shots early on (hell, look how he rebounded from the Franca knee shots) and will grind out a win. The one thing that BJ can do to win this fight is to get those crazy legs of his wrapped around Sherk's melon and sub him.

I think BJ will win as well, but this is a very dangerous fight for BJ probly one of the worst matchups there is out there for him ( if their is one) sherk is explosive and a cardio machine if BJ isnt in shape Sherk could wear him down. but still BJ via TKO RND 2

This is not the old BJ penn he is new and improved. personally I think GSP better hope he stays at 155.

idk this is def gonna be fight of the night. i hope bj wins but sherk has nasty power. iam looking forward to seeing penns take-down defense vs sherks drive-em to the cage rage takedowns.
