now with the big nog being a tuf coach, i knew they were lying when he said he was fighting in aug,

i see either two choices being

anderson silva vs okami

or henderson vs franklin

with this in mind for ufc 88 in sept??
we also have main event as a supposed shogun vs lidell finally
also gsp vs fitch

all of them are main events, and some might even be co main events,
i think after ufc 84 next week they will start annoucing fights for aug as well as new venues for the fall and main events for them

I think your right, but I'm going to that event, so I hope to God your wrong. I hope it's GSP/Fitch or Silva/Okami. Hendo/Franklin is a good co-headliner for any event, but THis one already has florian/huerta, so yeah.

prolly silva/okami because coleman vs lesnar isnt a main event type of match. IMO

yea they'll probably market a fight like that as the main event, but everyone knows Lesnar is the reason most people will watch the show, like when the first time he fought, sylvia/Nog was the main event, but very few people bought the PPV for that fight. Lesnar is the reason the show drew big. If lesnar can stack up a couple wins, he might be become the biggest star in MMA.

i think the tru fans would watch the card to see huerta/florian. becouse imo that is one fight that needs tro happen NEEDS. but id rather see it as a co main event with any of the already mention fights.

question tho how do you no officially Big Nog is gonna be a coach. where does it say that ( not saying anyones a liar) i just wanna see it
i hope it falls threw i dont wanna see atitle not defended for that long AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

they all ready said forian vs huerta is co main event
you might have a point why promote the lesnar match all the way back in march if it were just gonna be a regular main card match and not a main event or co.
also with ufc 86 being rampage would be weird to have the lesnar, and florian, plus main event for minnesota when every shells out more money in vegas, better place, get a bigger cut, revenues, tie ups with mandalay.

we will find out soon i hope, they need to start annoucing fights!!!!!!

They'll probably do a co-main event of Lesnar/Coleman & Huerta/Florian.

IMO that's good enough, as long as the rest of the main card is stacked high

Definatly Lesner vs Coleman. The first time Lesnar fought there was more hype on him than the title fight between Nog and Sylvia.

Lesnar vs. Mir was a co-main event...and Lesnar lost that fight...no way Coleman vs. Lesnar is the main event...it'll be the co-main event.

I remember, at the bar I watched 81 at, aftre the Mir/Lesnar fight, half the place got up and left.

The way I look at a fight card is the last fight is the main event, and the rest of the card is the under card. I know Tim and Nog were the Main Event, but there was more hype on Lesnar and Mir even though they were on the under card.
