He looked extremely sharp tonight. I think him and Diaz would make for a phenominal fight next time they're stateside. Props to Danzig for making it a fight though.

Mach looked very dominate. He's moved up my rankings to #2, ahead of Gomi.

It looked like he was toying with him in the 2nd. Sort of a Roy Jones Jr/Ali thing where he demonsrated he could do whatever he wanted and had no fear. Styles make fight's and I think those leg kicks might really do some damage to Diaz. Mach's quick KO loss to Gomi was becase of Gomi's power IMO. Diaz lacks that power and would be wise to go the ground if this happens. Of course this is all predicated on Diaz beating Gomi in the rematch.

Got to admire someone who can keep their hands at their waist and still out strike you. A little bit of Roy Jones Jr, flavor. Very impressive.

Diaz vs Sakurai would also be a great fight, but yea i would give the edge to Sakurai since he is much more well rounded than Gomi.I would still root for Nick Diaz though and i wouldnt count him out either,he is still young and impressing me more and more every fight so he will just get better and better

He looked twice as big as Danzig and nothing Mac did fazed him at all. Those legkicks were murderous, I bet he could chop down trees with those. He also made some amazing throws.
I just hope this performance wasn't mainly because of the huge weight difference. He looked awesome in there.

Mach is known for his leg kicks. Mach was the main reason I started really getting into MMA, his old shooto fights are awesome.
IMO I think Mach would defeat Gomi (if gomi is still champ after diaz) in a rematch and take the LW belt with him.

Sakurai's striking was so on point.
Since his loss to Gomi he seems as though he's reached some new plateau of fighting/training.
I think the Sakurai we saw against Mac would be a better match up for Diaz than Gomi. As calm, collected, and supremely experienced as Sakurai is he wouldn't play into Diaz's trash talking to try and swing like nuts on him.

Mach was hugely impressive, but this didn't come as a surprise as Mach is hugely impressive
I think he would beat Diaz comfortably
