Forrest Griffin is the number one contender to Quinton "Rampage" Jackson's UFC light heavyweight championship and coaching opposite the champ in the new season of The Ultimate Fighter. After the season the two coaches will go at it one on one for the 205-lb unified world title, but first Griffin brings you an inside look at each episode of the new season of TUF.
Courtesy of the UFC and Spike TV, Forrest Griffin and InsideFighting will receive a copy of each week’s episode of "The Ultimate Fighter 7" before it airs. Forrest will then provide InsideFighting readers with his reaction to the episode in his coach's blog which is immediately posted online after the show is done airing every Wednesday night.
First of all I’d like to say that somebody obviously stole my ritalin. I definitely needed to calm down and relax during Matt Brown‘s fight.

My favorite part of tonights TUF was when Brown punched that kid so hard he almost did a backflip. Doesn't pay to piss off a fighter sometimes.

That was a great episode and Forrest was screamin for the animal to be unleashed. Matt Brown is one bad dude. I love how he is like I don't even joke with Matt Brown, the guy is all business.
And I said it on another forum and I'll say it here I thnk it was one of the assist coaches was like "Matt Brown doesn't say much but when he does its manly." LOL probably the best line I've ever heard. Matt Brown is one bad MOFO and everything he does seems deliberate and full of mal-intent, my type of fighter.

Forrest is funnay as hell. I was gald to see Brown win against Jeremy" I guess babying my knee and not trainging affected my cardio." "if that fight happened again if would totly go different." May. That dude is a total PUD!!!!
