While I coudln't be overly confident in saying either fighter would win. I do think the weight advantage would have to play a role if it went to Decision, so I'd tab Forrest as a slight favorite.

Forrest doesn't hit near as hard or have near as good of a tie-up as Dan Henderson does. The only thing I can confidently say that Forrest does better than Henderson is that his boxing is a little crisper, and his boxing defense is a little better (then again, he doesn't have the chin of Hendo).
Anderson Silva would KO Forrest in round 1, IMO.

One of the biggest parts of Anderson's domination is his size and reach. He can stay outside his opponents range and just blast away and on the ground his long limbs can reach around better and help get him subs more easily. As seen with Franklin, Leben, Hendo, Marquardt. Forrest has the reach advantage against Silva and lets face it Silva isnt going to take Forrest down. This fight stays standing and forrest has a tough chin and is a great counter boxer. Anderson is aggressive and would play into Forrests game plan. I think Forrest could pull out the UD/SD against anderson.
