If they confirm this, I'll be happy. Mauricio would make an actual interesting fight (not like Rashad) against Liddell.

This would turn out perfect. I want to see Shogun bounce back from a loss, on the other hand Chuck vs Rampage rematch would be great as well.

Rampage has got to be crapping his pants right now with Shogun's knees looming on the horizon and Wanderlei's knees as well

If they can get back to this matchup, I think it would be great. Chuck should only be fighting the guys at the very top of the ladder at this stage of his career. Evans may have only been a replacement, but I would have rather seen them just cancel Chuck's fight back then and get him someone else to fight.

this is the fight the UFC wanted to move forward with in the first place anyways... sucks that the Rashad Evans-Thiago Silva fight had to be a casualty in this whole mess. Can't wait to see The Iceman and Shogun finally throw down.

Liddell to KO Shogun, then go on to win back his title.

You heard it here first.

This is all well and good, but it just shows how bad Rashad got screwed. He had the opportunity to prove himself, and now Liddell will still be fighting in a few months, but Evans loses his opportunity to be the #1 contender.
