Its funny to cause this is like Fedor having a victory over Andy Wang. It was obvious. The only reason why it feels so much better is because we had to wait a year to prove how right we were.

GSP WAR!

Hopefully now GSP can go on a crazy win streak along with A. Silva and then have a catchweight match

I picked serra for the upset again, but the same serra didnt show up. GSP looked like he was on another planet as he totally dominated serra, well deserved win on the night. Cant wait for serra vs hughes.....

No offense Keith, but why do people always say this when their man doesn't win?

This fight went exactly how I hoped. GSP abusing Serra and dominating the whole fight. Serra said afterwards that those knees really weren't hurting him. That is absurd. There is no way those knees weren't doing damage and hurting him. Maybe i'm wrong but my ribs hurt just watching. I just hope GSP stays focused and goes on to string together several title defenses. Best athelete in the division by far, quite possibly the best athelete in the UFC and you could argue he is the best athelete in all of MMA.

^^^wow, you're not doing well in victory either

Anyway, Props to GSP. He went from getting destroyed by a guy to destroying him. Completely overwhelmed Serra. Obviously not what I thought, but he did very well.

I think I'm doing fine, i didn't win anything and i'm not here to bash serra or the serra supporters, you thought serra would win and thats your opinion i can't bash you for picking him.

point is serras a loud mouth after all the things he said he never once said he was wrong all he could say was "gsp started it" the guy was way over his head and the reason I don't necessarily buy into his post-fight humbleness is because I think he would have just mouthed off even more had he won...but I could be wrong. Even in the post-fight locker room interviews he was pretending as if he was ok and was about to get up before the ref stepped in. If you think I'm wrong thats fine we will see what kind of guy he is when the hughes vs serra fight is announced

no way those knees didnt hurt i mean even before the 5 blows ended GSP was landing them from side control, add in the fact matt serra just had back surgery and it was like matt serra was getting smacked by the hand of god lol

At the end of the match when GSP was talking in french he said something along the lines of this;

"Thanks everyone from Montreal for the support its an honor to fight in front of you. No one goes to bed tonight, everyone go to the (Insert french bar name here) because we are partying until 5am"

Thats not word for word.. but pretty much what he said. I just thought some of you would like to know..

Say what exactly ?? Isn't mma about respect ?? GSP wanted it more.
Serra lost to a better man that night, As a serra fan thats all i can say.... Im not gonna make up excuses like all GSP fans did when he lost to serra.

He freakin finished him

Like I said if he did that, props to GSP. He is probably one of the greatest welterweight champions of all time. Not let's see if he can actually defend the title

He handled the pressure well but this still won't stop me from picking Fitch over GSP!

WAR FITCH!!!
