Difference between good and awesome. Good, means they provide decent entertainment and an ok quality of music. Not much variation or exploration in terms of music, but they stick with what works. Now awesome, is going outside the box, such as Dream Theater, and creating 20 minute epics, that sound like 5 songs mixed into one, filled with story-telling lyrics, fantastical guitar solos and the such. And, if you've never heard of Dream Theater, I feel sorry for you. Go listen to them. They are the single most talented band, in the history of the world. Top 5 Guitar Player in the world, most likely the #1 drummer in the world, and one of the best keyboard players ever.

Cool George, anyways, people like different music man, Dream Theater is cool to you and might be awesome if I was to listen to them, but I'm just saying no need to bash someone due to different taste in music.
