Carlson Gracie’s black belt, Vitor Belfort, that is training at Minotauro team and at Nova Geração, bet at Lyoto Machida, his ex-train mate, in his next bout at UFC 84 in May, against Tito Ortiz. “Lyoto has the skills to win, but is a tough fight. Two famous athletes, but I believe that Lyoto has more chances, he is at fight rhythm and Tito is star”, tell Belfort that reveal that Toto Ortiz tried to hire him to help at train to the fight.
“Tito wanted to hire me with a lot of money, but I said no. I said that money can’t buy everything.

scared or smart? Why wouldn't he try to get the best help he can find?
I dunno about this fight. It's apparant that most of you think Lyoto is going to run through Tito, and I just dont see that happening. Tito is a strong fighter no doubt. He has good conidtioning, some of the best GNP in the game just ask Ken Shamrock I would say only his standup is lacking.
I dont like Tito. I think he has a big mouth and a movie star attitude, both things that irritate me. But I wouldn't be surprised if he takes Machida down in the first round and does a bit of head boucing off the mat, then goes on to lose a decision once Machida figures out how to stuff his shots and shows a better standup game than Tito's rather short arms are capable of.

IMO this is a dangerous match up for Machida if anyone can beat Machida at his own game I think its Tito.

You think Tito will beat Machida at his own game? No, if Tito wins, its GnP, and I don't have him winning...

Agreed. Tito's not standing, he's not even thinking about standing.

Personally I dont like tito, but i think he is just going to roll through machida and leave the UFC on a good note.
Belfort should make that comeback to the UFC.
I dont think tito is going to eliteXC, he has the tv show and then i think he might go with that org that tim sylvia signed with.

I gotta pick Tito on this one I just think that he has been there so many times. I cant see him making any huge mistakes and alot of Lyoto's fights go to decision. I think Tito is crafty and can find a way to pound this one out before the end of three rounds.
