I'm giving Sherk the benefit on the 'roids issue from the Franca fight. Dude is an animal. I truly feel that if his fight with BJ goes past round three, he'll win the fight.

Yo, I think you are completely unaware what a professional sport is... Everyone who tries to be on the top takes steroids, but in different quantities and then different drugs for cleaning the blood/constitution (I hope it's clear, cuz I can't explain it better on English). But the truth is that it is just of matter of choice who is going to be caught in using drugs and who- not.

Sean Sherk is an absolute beast! I am a fan of his and he does have probably the best cardio in the UFC. I see him winning the fight with Penn. I think Sherk will definetally get out of the 3rd and then it's gas time for Mr. Penn. Go Sean Sherk.

Sean definitely has one of the toughest, if not the toughest, training programs in the ufc but one thing that has always bothered me about it is that it doesnt look like it includes much grappling or sparring. almost like there is an overemphasis on cardio and strength and not very much cross-training. i hope he at least brings in some good sparring and rolling partners from different camps. just my opinion... but it seems to be working out great for him.
