Well apparently on the BET boards, Ben Hill the manager of "Iron Ring" trainer Novell G. Bell has been getting real mouthy about MMA fighters being nothing but toughman-level fighters and went as far as saying he would challenge any MMA fighter to try to step to him. Novell G. Bell wasn't as disrespectful but had some choice words for MMA fighters, too. Well some of the guys from the Underground forum (mixedmartialarts.com forums) got word to professional MMA fighter Nick Thompson and he accepted the manager's challenge to a "no rules fight". The manager hasn't accepted yet but these mcdojo losers have no idea what kind of an ass beating they could be in store for. American Top Teamer Mike Hauben waiting to make his pro debut has said he would fight the guy for free as long as he signs a waiver saying he isn't liable for his injuries.

Here's the link to the forums where this is all going down: LINK

Bell's manager Ben Hill is posting under the name of: Maoshan
Bell himself is posting under the name of: BlackTaoist
They begin posting on page two, they both apparently practice Kung-Fu and are some form masters or something.

This isn't really news-worthy but it's worth a good read to see these mcdojo idiots being called out after running their mouth.

haha at this Thompson quote:

"So you fight to breathe? Like an asthmatic? If not, I don’t have the faintest idea of what you are talking about. What I do know is that I fight to eat. In keeping with that, why not fight for money? I don't see how fighting for money is dishonorable or sensationalistic. You use your katas and the other fruity dances you were doing in the park and I’ll fall back on my mma training and we’ll see who comes out on top. P.S. - Bruce Lee thinks you suck!"

He said that after the Hill guy was saying he doesn't fight for trophies but he trains to be able to breathe the next day. The guy was quoting Bruce Lee in some of his posts. Thompson owns the dudes.

here's a quote from these mcdojo losers about MMA:

"Prior to 1930, all MA contest In China had no rules. After that point it was no eyes, no groin, or spine. Full technique was employed. My question to you is do you think that BJJ could handle the full technique of any style from a properly trained practitioner without all the limitations? I feel it would change things considerably, for example: An Eagle claw stylist of Kung Fu speciality is locks with a training goal of the grip alone being able to pulverize bone.A snake stylist who uses his fingers to strike with the power to penetrate an inch from the surface of the body. There are a lot of skills out here that still exist, but understandably these abilities are not allowed into the sports arena. The whole MMA mentality has really gotten a little out of hand. It's a sport, not true Martial arts. Martial means war. The only prize in a fight like that is being able to walk away."

I guess this guy didn't catch Royce Gracie when he won 3 UFC tournaments at a time when it really was NHB.

I never actually heard of "Iron Ring" before i saw this thread. I went on google and searched for episodes. Honestly, people if you haven't seen any episodes yet... don't even bother even thinking about looking for them. complete waste of time. not even remotely somewhat even maybe worth watching. One of the trainers for one of the rappers is "Mr.INTL" though, wich i found daaaaamn funny. Anyways apart from that, I'd give this show 1/3 of a star on 5.

I think Mr. Thompson is sure to get the submission. Mr. Bell's "kungfu
groundfighting" is.... well best just to watch and make your own judgement.

This is a joke,

But first the fact's. I Challenged no one and Novell Had nothing to do with it Beyond being the coach on the Iron Ring. As for me,I said every last word and that's my opinion of which I have a right to. If you want to fight, don't make s**t up. Ya'll said crap about kung fu and I responded in kind. That's all it was.
Bit I'm not going into any of that any more.

You put this on a board that we know nothing about and when you don't get a responce, you wanna say somebodies running scared?????????????

I've been reading all this crap on BET and Youtube for a month and a half ,all the while no one has made any real contact with either of us, so finally today, I
get an e-mail with this link. This is a Challenge???????

Which ever one of us you want to fight ,doesn't matter. You inspire no kind of fear. Your offering $40,000? you got your self a deal.

Maoshan (Ben Hill)

niwah64@yahoo.com)

Again, Novell had nothing to do with it but, here's his managers e-mail

level10alliance@gmail.com

Here's his myspace :

Now take this crap off the boards and take it indoors so we can set this up.

You have to go to www.blacktaoist.com to get the (incredibly annoying)
website of this dude.

Do NOT go to www.blacktaoist.net, www.blacktaoist.org, or www.blacktaoist.info
expecting to see kungfu.

They all go to ... er.. ethnic alternate lifestyle pornography sites.

DO NOT WANT!!!!!

I've been watching this go down on the UG for a while too. As it stands now Bell's manager doubts Ben Hill (Maoshan) has that kinda money (40k) to put up for the fight. The Goat has said he has a venue and if they can get a bit of a purse involved this can done. Don't think it will ever happen but it's amusing to watch it play out. Especially now that it seems Ben is posting on this site too.

PS Ben they aren't offering you 40k to fight. You both put up the cash and the winner takes all is how I understand it.

If you want to speed up communication with Nick you can contact him on the UG under the username kidpresentable. Here's a link to the thread
