I caught up with Frankie Edgar after his hard fought decision loss to Gray Maynard at UFC Fight Night 13 to discuss some issues that arose during the fight as well as looking at what’s next for Edgar in the lightweight division.LINK

Maynard dwarfed Edgar. I dont know if I was surprised that Edgar was that small or Maynard was the large.

Maynard is huge for 155, I'm not holding that against Edgar. Also Edgar gassed early and that's something he hasn't done against Fisher and Griffin, at least not until the 3rd. The elevation could have played a factor.

He has a huge future especially since he out worked Griffin huge was bigger then him too with muscle mass but muscling up wouldn't hurt either!

He has tremendous heart and a great future. Don't count this kid out at 155, he can still do some serious damage! Check out the Fisher and the Griffin fight if you don't believe me!
