Since when is Affliction a fight promotion??
Who is running this new Affliction endevour???

I'd like to see this happen but where is the startup capital coming from?

Does this promotion need it's own version of the Fertitta brothers?

I mean the UFC needed a multibillion dollar backer and a 300 million dollar revolving credit to get moving and is still operationing at a loss....

I hope Affliction can pull this one together!

Anyone else notice that the Mike Whitehead picture was taken from MMA Weekly? All these telephone conversions and fake airport stories need to be confirmed before putting them down as news. That site is just like any trash wrestling news site that makes up stories to get hits.

It is funny that there are three guys that the UFC can't afford fighting on one card. It isn't going to get the same PPV buys that UFC gets.So common sense tells me that even if this fight card goes ahead somebody is going bankrupt or the fighters simply won't get paid.

Okay, maybe next time one of us talks to our lifelong friends we wont pass on the information. I was grappling with Devin Cole yesterday and helping him to get ready for a fight in the Palace Fighting Championships but I am probably making that up too. Cause I must have heard it from his brothers girlfriends sisters babies mamma, huh.

You are a hater. I. I grew up with him. That shirt he is wearing is a Crater Comets high school shirt. Crater High is in Central Point Oregon; Whitehead graduated from there in 1999. Every thing I have said on here about Whitehead has turned out to be true because I hear it from Whitehead. So watch when all of this goes down. You sir are a troll and have no idea what you are talking about. Who the hell cares that I got the pic from MMa Weekly I never said I took the pic my self. Is it that hard to believe that people on a MMA website have friends that are pro fighters; just because you have no friends you are hating.

Kinda what I think....

Shouldn't be posted without proof

Watch for the commercials that will be airing soon. I made a post about Whitehead fighting Babalu a couple of months ago and it is true because I heard it from Whitehead so just wait and I will be vindicated.

i am pissed that andre is not in the ufc anymore, they annouce timmy leaving cro cop, but not andre?? like the fights, the ufc should have had some of these guys, maybe they will wise up. i hope there are alot fo pay per view buys, cause paying these guys to fight on low pay per view numbers might just bankrupt them.

Timmy and Cro Cop were still under contract. It was widely known that his fight against O'Brien was his last under contract.

I'll say this. I don't think this will ever happen. First of all, I've read numerous times from numerous sources that both Fedor and Couture are pushing for an October fight. Now maybe its just wishful thinking, but I have faith this is a possibility. Inside the MMA on HDNet no less, has talked about this potential match many many times. Now, if this is even a possibility, theres no way Fedor is doing anything but training. I saw him running with the olympic torch the other day. I wondered what people would think if say Rampage Jackson was an american torch runner. I just think that would be funny to see. Back to the point, I would much rather see Fedor vs Couture then Fedor vs Silvia. I just think Fedor would destroy Silvia, and I'd bet SIlvia knows it. I think Couture would make a much better match. I lknow I know, seventy percent of the people reading this are saying "Give up man, its never going to happen, Dana won't let it happen.' Well **** Dana. He's turning into such a prick. I'm just one of many that think this fight would be more anticipated by me and everyone than any other fight I've seen.

Peace Outside.
coleSCAR

ps: Go GSP!!!! Kentucky loves ya man!!
pss: Am I the only one alive that sees Forrest defeating Rampage?
