For anyone whos worried about being banned at some point, don't be. The only thing we straight up ban people permenantly over are racial or nationalist slurs, and posting hardcore pornography. That gets you booted instantly, end of story.
Otherwise its really up to the mods descretion on some things. Insulting fighters, insulting other site members or creating duplicate accounts will get you warnings, which eventually accumulate over time until you're temp banned, or permenatly banned, depending on circumstance. Obviously, time has a lot to do with this, so if you got a warning a year ago, and get another one, its not really going to factor in. If you got a warning yesterday and get another one today, you might find yourself booted.
As for duplicate accounts and whatnot, I'm not going to get into how that works because I don't want people knowing what we look for. If you have girlfriends or roommates who have accounts on your computer and you've never been talked to, its not a problem. If someone talks with you or boots the account, theres a reason for it, although we've made mistakes in the past on this, but our system is generally very good.
Also, as an aside to the duplicate accounts thing, its absolutely not worth doing. The members who score in the top 100 for every event in wagers or points, and players in the top 100 overall, have their accounts investigated to make sure theres no funny business going on, and to ensure prizes only go to people who play fairly and deserve them. If we catch you with a duplicate account thats scored high, you're booted. If a mod is nice, he might let you make a new account and start over, but theres absolutely no point in cheating on this site, as you can't win a prize.

Not so sure how good that system is tbh cos i used my old account (made a new one for a better username) as my friends account , id sign out to do his picks then sign back into mine and i spose thats where you thought i was running it as my 2nd account but i wasnt, theres actually no way to tell unless you just only allow 1 account per computer!
LOL i was so happy to see that BlazingSaddle guy banned, hope he aint coming back! Tho ive always thought there should be a banned member list with reasons just so we know cos i sometimes see a good member has been banned and wanna know why

For that the saying out of sight out of mind comes to mind. i think using that philosophy a banned list isn't exactly the best thing. just another perspective to look at; however i have to admit i would be curious to see a list of all the banned members with reasons lol

I thought it was great how he came in with that blown up picks record...
I was gonna talk some S to him after the results UFN13 but then saw he was banned....

Way more than half. Thats why I mentioned our system for checking on that, so maybe some dipshits will figure out you can't possibly win any money doing it that way.

Ummmm well cos 1 was mine and 1 was my friends?!? he didnt have a PC at the time so of course the picks had to be made on mine but they were HIS picks i just signed in and put them in for him, sometimes he did them himself when he was over at mine but i dont see how your system works if its a case of signing in and out quickly??? and if its 1 account per computer than i bet theres tons of people breaking that somewhat unfair rule, but i obvioulsly understand something needs to be done to stop people having more chances to win, its just there is no perfect way to control it as my case proved, mine wasnt a duplicate account, only pc duplicate which should be allowed tbh, in fact for the last few months my brother has wanted an account but im too scared to let him make 1 on my same computer cos it would be exactly the same situation as with my friends which you guys seem to categorise as a duplicate account even tho we are in fact 2 seperate human beings 
Nubby - well dude you need to start posting again now then cos his next fight is just 6 weeks away, and alot of people will be thinking he will be smashed by Machida and you have to put them straight i actually think Tito will win his exit fight

But you made both the accounts, which was the problem. If you'd just asked for a name change and had your friend make his own, there would have been no problems.
