Manny is one of my favorite fighters. And about the glove thing, this is a bussinness and If you want to win you got to do some cheap stuff in your career.

Definite cheap shot, really weak looking and bad technique though. Even if it had hit, I doubt it would have even affected his opponent really. Definitely lost some respect for Manny, and after his short man syndromed, overtly aggressive and just downright pathetic posturing on TUF, he didnt already have a huge amount from me.
As for touching gloves, I'd rather it was done before the bell, once the bell goes, the fight is on, there shouldnt be glove touching, and as I've seen once or twice, high fiving each other mid match. It's a fight, and the fight is officially on once the bell goes, so it should look like a fight!

Its a fight, you have to be ready. Tha said i dont like the fighters touching gloves after the start of the fight

I cant stand when people high five during the middle of a fight. They looks like idiots.

I don't think its necessary to touch gloves but if you raise your hand like your going to tap there hand back I think its a dick move to throw a shot instead and I think Manny did it to be a dick.

It's cheap but their's nothing in the rules that says against it. I mean shoot, if your looking to break the fastest KO record, go for it.

yeah you dont have to touch gloves after the bell but most of the pre lims dont have staredowns so the glove tap is after the bell....... if you go for a glove tap and then go for a strike it becomes a cheap shot....... how do some of you not find a problem with this? are you people who disagree that isnt a cheap think that low blows are ok? same thing, this is highly classless, period, he shoulda just came out with out a glove tap instead of a fake one and look like a jerkwad, he lost alot of fans by doing this, even the audience was hostile towards him after that
