Just my interpretation. Only using guys who are fighting in the UFC currently. Feel free to post your own. Starting from the bottom.

Tommy Speer- Luke Cummo or Roman Mitchyan
Anthony Johnson- Paul Kelly or George Sotiropoulos
Roman Mitchyan- Tommy Speer (not sure if he is really UFC quality)
George Sotiropoulos- Paul Kelly or Anthony Johnson
Samy Schiavo- just about anybody
Clay Guida- Gray Maynard
Jeff Cox- just about anybody
Manvel Gamburyan- Per Eklund (or lots of other guys, he still needs to prove himself before he gets thrown into the real mix higher up)
Ryan Roberts- Just about Anybody
Marcus Aurelio-Tyson Griffin
Din Thomas- Joe Lauzon
Josh Neer- Frankie Edgar or Nate Diaz
Houston Alexander- David Heath
James Irvin- Matt Hammill
Kurt Pellegrino- Keita Nakamura
Nate Diaz- Josh Neer or Frankie Edgar
Tim Boetsch-James Lee
Karo Parysian- Chris Wilson or Akihiro Gono
Thiago Alves- If GSP beats Serra then Alves should fight swick/davis winner, if GSP loses then Thiago should fight him.
Frankie Edgar- Josh Neer or Nate Diaz
Gray Maynard- Clay Guida
Joe Lauzon- Din Thomas
Kenny Florian- Roger Huerta

Wow that was a lot more work than i expected. Damn those 12 fight events (not really). Flame away.

Nate vs Stephenson
Florian and Huerta

That is really I know right now... alot of the fighters you have listed have upcoming fights and it would really depend on how they perform. I am very interested in the 2 above fights (although Florian vs. Huerta was supposed to happen at UFN 13, but Huerta is taking time off.)

Some of those guys already have fights coming up anyway so you can rule them out.

Guida vs Maynard would be a sick fight.

Florian would clobber Huerta but it would be nice to watch Huerta finally fight someone good and get his poop pushed in.

Agree with Cladrix. Alexander and Boetsch whould make for a very exciting fight. Not only that, it would make sense. Both are coming off a loss (Alexander-2) and they would be fighting to stay in the ufc. If you arn't going to win in the deepest division (IMO) than you won't stick around long. Although they both are entertaining so who knows. . .

I'll speak on most of the winners and a few of those who lost:

Kenny Florian: a number 1 challenger match with Roger Huerta, definitely. Winner of Florian-Huerta should fight the winner of Penn-Sherk.

Nate Diaz: he should fight Joe Lauzon or Clay Guida next. All three fighters seem to be really popular and either of those fights could main event a UFN.

Thiago Alves: he should fight the winner of Marcus Davis-Mike Swick. Good PPV match.

Karo Parisyan: a match between him and Akihiro Gono would be very exciting. If not that, then the winner of Sanchez-Fioravanti. Perfect time in the fall for a Sanchez-Parisyan rematch where both would need to win badly.

Gray Maynard: definitely like to see him fight Josh Neer next. Both of them are very big lightweights. That fight should definitely happen.

Josh Neer: Gray Maynard.

Clay Guida: Nate Diaz in a UFN main event or let him challenge Hermes Franca in Franca's first fight back.

Manny Gamburyan: I would like to see him fight Marcus Aurelio next. That match would be a true test to see if Gamburyan is the real deal or not.

Matt Hammil: possibly the winner of Sokoudjou-Nakamura. Would be a real big step up in competition for him.

Anthony Johnson: Chris Wilson.

George Sotiropoulos: let him rematch Tommy Speer.

Roman Mitchyan: would like to see him fight Luko Cummo next.

Tommy Speer: let's see if he can beat Sotiropoulos again or if it was the eye-poke. I think he gets smashed in the rematch, though.

James Irvin: Tim Boetsch.

Houston Alexander: rematch with Jardine if he loses the match with The Axe Murderer. If not that, then a match with Tim Boetsch possibly.

Tim Boetsch: James Irvin. If not that, then a match with Houston Alexander.

Frankie Edgar: needs to drop to 145 and build himself up there to challenge Faber for the title. He could really do some damage at 145... his fast hands will actually have power there.

Marcus Aurelio: Manny Gamburyan. If not that, then the match with Spencer Fisher.

Kurt Pellegrino: perhaps Spencer Fisher. Both need a win badly in the UFC right now.

Din Thomas: perhaps he could be the one to fight Hermes Franca in Franca's first fight back.

Bonnar easily beat Irvin in their first fight... it's makes no sense to have those two rematch. If anything, let Bonnar get a more profiled fight with Hammil like they were supposed to before the injury.
