"It won't be the UFC," he said. "We don't have that kind of money to throw away. Now, without Fedor, I expect the show in Chicago to turn a profit."

IMO thats vey true, because they probably dont make alot, and having to pay Fedor 2 Million per fight IMO thats probably more than they make on the event.
Still now without Fedor, i dont think they'll last very long, i dont think they have the patience and arent willing to take the risks needed to suceed.

Bye bye M-1. The weeding out process has begun. Once the the majority of the free agent nonsense gets cleared up and fighters are for the most part locked in to contratcs, we should see some flys dropping.

M-1 first, Bye bye to Bodog, then maybe IFL, then WVR will get swallowed by Dream probably... Then we should have a 3 org race... EliteXC, UFC, and Dream. Except for EliteXC, we will be right back where we started from in the days of UFC and Pride...
