Fedor has stated in multiple interviews that he and his brother Aleks don't get along at all, and have different views. Anyone think given the right circumstances (maybe HWGP) they would fight?
Fedor has also said that Aleks tools him in practice, and we all know styles make fights, so we don't need to bring up MMA math. Although Fedor does beat Aleks here -

Aleks has a nice throws and reversals.
I think Aleks has a pretty good shot. His boxing is better, and according to Fedor his sambo is better. That being said it's hard to bet against Fedor and his experience wherever the fight goes.

Eh id be willing to bet that if it did happen fedor would overwhelm him in the grappling aspect. I do agree that aleks might have better hands, IMO these 2 fighters have the 2 best hands at HW.
I dont think it would happen though, i dont think fedor would hurt his brother like that. Just watching Fedors reaction to Aleks being knocked out by mirko makes me think he couldnt go into the fight full bore.

I'm sure for obvious reasons it would not happen, but it would be one hell of a cool fight to see. I would want Aleks to win, mostly because I like him better.

Were'nt Aleks and Fedor still buddies/training together back then? They seem to have had some differences more recently I think.

I dont know man, i think it would take a major rift between the two for them to agree to fight each other... based off of what i know of the two fighters.

I agree, I for one couldn't imagine fighting my twin brother in an MMA fight.
EDIT: That makes it sound like they are twins, I just have one brother who happens to be my identical twin....

LMAO, damn....I tried to get that edit in earlier. Because I re-read it and noticed the confusion it would cause.

This is the first poll ever where ten people have voted and not one has chose fedor when he was on the poll!

Aleks i think would honestly win. I dont know why. Ive posted a thread like this a long time ago and me and some dude said that he was gonna win. But like 40 other people said fedor... I think fedor is too hyped up. Randy... MAUL HIM!

Aleks has better standup and he can negate Fedor on the mat IMHO.

I think Aleskander would control the fight on the feet and a little GnP for the first round or two until he started gassing where Fedor would GnP him to a stoppage after Aleks couldnt defend the takedown anymore. If he seriously worked on his cardio id pick him to beat almost any top HW though.
I wish Aleks could join the UFC and tear Sylvia and Nogueira apart.
