Want a career in MMA? Go punch Tito Ortiz in the face.
Just ask Forrest Griffin (Pictures), who saw his stock rise considerably after a valiant near-win against the former UFC light heavyweight champion; or Chuck Liddell (Pictures), who colluded with Ortiz to set pay-per-view records for MMA attractions; or Lee Murray , a British thug who got slotted in main events for dropping Ortiz in a raucous London brawl, Lenny McLean-style. i agree, Frank is amazing. but he is getting WAY TO AHEAD of himself. calling out A Silva? Does he want to retire? he talks so much smack to the point that most of us don't care what he says at all.

I'm kind of dissapointed with Frank right now. Calling out his brother like he did. Saying Ken has a false sense of security because he's been taking steriods all his life. Not cool at all. You don't throw your brother under a bus like that. No matter how bad of a relationship you have with him you should never bring up accusations like that. Expecially when you don't have proof. Someone needs to bring Frank back down to earth. I'm not sure Cung Le will be the one to do it though.

I want to see Frank fight Anderson Silva. It would be the biggest draw ever. The former undefeated UFC champion vs. the current undefeated UFC Champion and best p4p fighter in the world. If only dana/frank could agree to put the bad blood aside.

Frank, the first thing he needs to do is worry about Cung Le. And the second is he needs to stop running his mouth. I don't think he's gonna get through Cung Le. Let alone even touch The Spider. The evolution of the sport has changed since his time in the UFC. The way I look at it, there's more to being a champ then just holding a belt. And the Spider is a true champ. In and out of the cage. And Frank could learn a lot from him.
